Well, we have made it through the first six weeks and boy have they flown by. Our little girl has grown so much and has settled into the routines of the Suro household nicely. She is becoming more active, finally recognizing where all these funny noises and silly faces are coming from. We even were delighted with her first smile this morning! A first of many moments we will treasure forever.

Well she is definitely her mother's daughter! After looking and analyzing baby pictures we have noticed a strong resemblance to my baby photos and according to my parents, we are alike in behavior as well. I remember my parents reminiscing about how I never wanted to be put down and I loved falling asleep in someone's arms. Well, payback is here! Anna loves snuggling up in someone's arms and drifting away to sleep. (This is mostly the reason it has taken me so long to write a post - - haven't mastered the one handed typing yet!) But, we are cherishing this precious time together and are gradually easing into encouraging her to become more independent. You still can't resist holding this cutie pie!
